Registration & Admission Process

Admission Requirements:

1. Birth certificate from Union / Municipal corporation.
2. 04 Passport size photographs.
3. Certificate of vaccination & Certificate of Blood Group.
4. Father and Mother CNIC copies.
5. Copy B-Form
6. School leaving certificate (Previous school Attended) not valid for Admission in Pre- Nursery.
7. Result card last exam passed (not valid for Pre School Admission) Only.

Admission Process:

1. The admission team is happy to be able to accommodate you for registration every day from 1st February till 1st March. Monday to Sunday from 9.00am to 3.00pm On Friday 9.00 am to 1.00pm.
2. Only the students studying in English Medium’s school will be allowed to get admission in oasis school. The Urdu Medium students are not allowed.

Submission of Admission Form:

You can submit the admission form by hand till March. You will receive a date for admission test from our admission team at the time of Submission form via call letter or personally visit.

New ADMISSIONS POLICY:

a) The registration for new admission for next session will be welcomed only in Feb and August.

b) No admission in between the session or in any other months will be entertained.

c) The admission will be welcomed on only limited seats according to the proposed plan from (PN to Grade VIII)

e) No admission in Grade IX and X. The student may be allowed to get admission in Grade IX. as a special case only falling on the following criteria: –

1. Having excellent academic record. Passed VIII from English Medium School.

ii. Not previously registered in BISE (Gujranwala). (Late admission) after summer vacation than s/he will provide the NOC from previous school or BISE (Gujranwala)

iii. Obtained good percentage in the 8th class school exams. s/he will clear the school’s admission test. Parents will provide the (SLC) School Leaving Certificate from last school attended.

f) Admission will be given to only student taught from English Medium School in past.

g) Admission for Hifz or Madrassa student will be welcomed only on passing the admission test & availability of seat in Grade VI to VIII.

ADMISSIONS Test:

During this day, your child will be evaluated.

1. For Pre-school: We look for curiosity enthusiasm, ability to follow the instructions, social skills, emotional regulate skills, motor skills and basic cognitive skills.
2. For Primary school (Grade I to Grade III), the students must pass evaluations as an Aptitude testing in English, Math’s, Urdu and Science subjects.
3. For Senior school (Grade IV to Grade VIII), the students must pass evaluations as an Aptitude testing in English, Math’s, Urdu and Science subjects.

The results of the evaluation will be communicated to you after interview.

Interview:

After announcement of result an interview of a kid along with parents with the Principal will be organized by the office of Admissions. After successful interview you will be asked to submit the admission dues.
